What Can I expect during the inspection?

The Inspection generally takes less than an hour….however it may take longer depending on the size and features of the property.

When we arrive we start with exterior photographs and do an exterior measurement around the entirety of the home.

We then come inside and take photos of each room and make notes about the materials, features, and condition of the property. The photos are a way to demonstrate that each area has been accounted for.

When Will I get the appraisal back?

Most reports on the value can be expected back within 2 business days from the date of inspection.
